Procurement Services to support supplier rationalization and consolidation might be a customer requirement.
SCM STS can if of mutual benefit, take care of:
- Customer Directed Sourced products/parts
- Spare parts etc.
- Part for special applications or with low volume
in case the incumbent SCM partner, Distributor or Wholesaler cannot manage those parts, due to ERP constraints, lack of competence or commercial interest etc..
Procurement will be managed on Back to Back conditions agreed between the Customer and the incumbent Supplier/Manufacturer. Services will be charged with a Fee percentage (%) or value per transaction aligned in advance.
