SCM STS 'policy for processing personal data in customer database.
SCM STS 'customer database contains names and contact information (email address, phone number, workplace) on their business relations. Contact information in the customer database is necessary in order for the Group's companies to conclude and maintain delivery agreements with customers and collaborators.
The contact information is also used for technical advice and monitoring of deliveries. In addition, SCM STS uses the common customer database for direct marketing to customers to inform them about new products and updates. The customer database is updated at least once a year, and old personal information is corrected or deleted.
Those registered in the customer database always have the right to insight into the information relating to the registered self, the right to object to processing and the right to correct or delete information that is incorrect or misleading. The registrant has the right to oppose that his / her information is used for marketing purposes by contacting SCM STS. The registrant may contact SCM STS regarding all questions regarding the processing of their information and the exercise of their rights.
The registrant has the opportunity to appeal to the Data Inspectorate regarding SCM STS's processing of their personal data. |
