Integrated Services are supportive elements of Supply Chain Management with VMI/CMI programs. Outsourcing and focus on variable cost in every aspect, are ways to be flexible in respect to capacity and costs, when ramping production up and down according to market fluctuation and/or Product Life Cycle Management.
SCM STS can where applicable, provide cost effective replenishment with OTD on POU location and continuous improvement of BOM validity, for commodities to be controlled and distributed via Supply Chain Technologies (Smart Bin KanBan, Vending Machines, and Asset Management etc.).
Integrated Services can i.e. charged as Pay per Use or Fixed Service Fee percentage (%) depending on the commodity and Integrated Service level desired – supporting variable cost approach in the production.
